Lifting the structures of the neck should include reposision and or plycation of the platysma muscle. The surgery is performed through a para-auricular incision, usually hidden behind the ear.

While this procedure is most usually part of the facelift, it is also performed as a solo procedure or in association with the neck liposuction

Liposuction of the face can be PERFORMED without a classic face lift.  This procedure is best suited for YOUNG individuals with bulging underchin.    

Liposuction-assisted face-lift enables the surgeon to remove unwanted fat deposits prior to the actual face lift procedure.  Fat injection enables near total disappearance of unwanted para-nasal creases and furrow lines.
