Rhinoplasty (Nose Surgery)

A deformed nose is not only responsible for respiratory obstruction and air flow impairment but it also raises a great deal of self consciousness for the bearer and provides an easy target for the unkind.

The surgical correction or enhancement of a deformed or dysfunctional nose is medically known as Rhinoplasty. Concurrent procedures that are or could be performed includes the septoplasty or correction of septal deformity, turbinectomy, humpectomy, alar reshaping, etc.

Reshaping the classic oriental nose is a most challenging task. The almost absence of some of the usual western nasal cartilage makes the operation a challenging one.  We use an infra labial nasal approach that is now being used by many oriental and non oriental surgeons.

The facial  prosthesis used at our Center are the standard used throughout the world. Our surgical experience and expertise extends into the thousands.
